We always offer a free, no obligation consultation for potential mediation clients. This is usually handled via telephone, but Karen has an "open door" policy and is always willing to meet with clients in person.
An initial consultation is important. During this time we will provide:
- Introduction and information about the mediation process.
- An opportunity to ask questions.
- Time for you to assess the mediator.
- An opportunity for the mediator to assess whether you are ready for mediation.
